Production

80 hectares, in the best wine regions of Umbria, only in the D.O.C and D.O.C.G. production areas and characterized by particular microclimate.
To date, 50 hectares of vineyards are located in the beautiful hills of Torgiano where the grapes grow up with traditional methods that respect the environment. The remaining 30 hectares are located in the Montefalco area where they grow grapes like Merlot, Cabernet and the only indigenous variety of Sagrantino.

The Torgiano Area

In Torgiano, the farm covers an area of about 50 hectares.
An old farmhouse, recently renovated, looks like a lighthouse that radiate the sun's rays that go to sweeten all around, the beautiful vineyards planted in cordon and palmette. Among the different varieties you were selected Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Malvasia, Grechetto, Trebbiano Toscano, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese and Canaiolo.

In this area is produced also the most important wine Torgiano Rosso D.O.C.G. Reserve, the only Umbrian D.O.C.G. along the Sagrantino.

The Montefalco Area

Our company in the Montefalco area, however, occupies an area of approximately 28 hectares.
Here is an old convent that seems to guarantee the fertility of cultivated vineyards also spurred cordon and palmette and whose vines are precious Sagrantino, Sangiovese and Grechetto. The careful selection of the grapes, the care with which we follow every step of the winemaking and bottling respect tradition, at the same time taking advantage of the most advanced technologies.

In this area maximum care and attention to control production of no more than 50 quintals per hectare, where they grow grapes like Merlot, Cabernet and the only indigenous variety of Sagrantino.
